As most of you already know, Mozilla has recently released a brand new Firefox version (FF 3.0) last week,since then I have been receiving many emails regarding the compatibility issue. I know, it has been kind of late and I am sorry for that.

I have already submitted FF 3.0 compatible version (1.1.4) to Mozilla, currently it is pending for approval and I guess it is gonna be available for download next week.

I’ve added some new cool features to the Radio Eksen Firefox Extension and it is already available for download/update from the Mozilla Addons page.

Whats new in this release

• Search Artist
  After having received lots of positive feedback for “Lyrics Search”, that I’ve added in the last release, now you can also search information about the artist using Google Music, Last.fm or Wikipedia.
• Favorite Songs
  Using the “Add to favorite songs” menu item, you can save the name of the track that you are listening to, so you can remember its name later when you want to buy the CD, download or whatever.

• Eksen History
  “What was the name of the song, that I heard when I was driving home yesterday?”
  If you have ever asked yourself such a question, here is the answer: Radio Eksen History
  Using the “Eksen History” menu item, you can reach to the Eksen History page.

Hello,
after I’ve announced the beta release, lots of guys were interested in becoming beta tester. I really appreciate all of the feedback they supplied! I received many comments, bug-reports (thanks god, not so many :) ) and some new feature proposals. We are using this useful information in order to make noteti better in means of user interface and functionality. But unfortunately, my initial estimation about the launch date seems to be failed. Well, we will keep on staying beta for a while, the new estimated date of final release is 15 Oct 2007.

since a while I’ve been working on an object oriented web desktop API in javascript, which aims to provide a lightweight, easy to use library to ease ajax driven, desktop like RIA development. In order to find out the further needs and lacks of the API, I’ve also started to develop such a web application in parallel: noteti

noteti is an online note taking tool, which enables you to reach your notes from everywhere. Its designed to be simple and easy to use for average internet user, has some smart features and is still under development and changing almost everyday.
I’ve decided to make a beta version available on the web, so if you are interested in or have been looking for such a tool, become a beta tester, start using it now and by the way you can help me to make it better by submitting bug reports.

Please keep always in mind that it is a beta release! There are some known and probably much more unknown little bugs living in noteti, please submit those you catch to betatest (at) noteti.com.
Estimated date of final release is 01 Sep 2007. I’ll be collecting bug reports, trying to fix them and developing new features until that date.
